I know that I'm in a tiny minority of drivers, even in those that support de-limitation, but I can't help but say that those that jump the queue should get nothing. :?

I have quite a bit of sympathy with those that have lost money buying a plate, just before de-limitation.

They were perhaps sold the plates by people in the know, wanting a quick sale, to those not in the know.

dp we expect the taxpayer to bail drivers out?
and who gets what and when, and how is an unofficial value, valued if you know what i mean?
its a minefield which we shouldnt get involved with. you pay your money, you take your chance.
