Man recording incident sound very provoking to me, like he want to make cabby mad, film nicely cut to not show the first of the encounter, and man filming seem like jobby looking to make trouble for other.

I think cyclists are getting more aggressive these days. It's better to be polite to them and say sorry, because if they report you to taxi licensing, it's you who will be in trouble, and may end up losing your license......
