I sort of share the sentiments that no perv should be driving a taxi/PH, but the law doesn't allow any council to have set rules on anything, which is why they have an upper limit.

However 20/30 years ago consensual sex between male adults was deemed a sex offence. Should the trade ban people convicted of that so-called offence all those years ago? :?
