There are exemptions from the DDA, but drivers have to get them before they refuse.

That aside, guide dogs are nearly always cleaner than most of our two legged punters.
Heard the person concerned has been suspended, not known who suspended him, GNER or the Council as yet. It looks likes its gone to ground, nothing in the local papers, could this be an agreement with the press, council and GNER till Royal Ascot is over
