Apparently my post earlier today exposing the bold boys hit a raw nerve and the thread has been edited and locked. It's a pity Central never put a gag around wee Tony's mouth!

Of, and concerning, the Company, my Lord

Let's be quite clear.

If the writ was acknowledged by an officer of Central, and it was implied to the members (SHAREHOLDERS) at a subsequent meeting that no such writ had been received (It being stated as just being the rumour mill working overtime, or in other such terms) then the officers of the Company would have committed an offence in terms of Company Law.

This would be a criminal offence and should as a matter of course, and to protect the membership, be reported directly to the Police by anyone associated with the membership without delay.

Indeed, anyone shown to having knowledge of such an act, and failing to properly report it to the authorities, could be deemed to be an accessory after the fact, and also liable for criminal prosecution.

The Law of commerce in the nation takes a dim view of anyone playing fast and loose with Company responsibilities. The integrity of the whole commercial system is founded on the highest standards.

If what fat boab has reported is true, then there are officers in the Company who should be heading for jail time.

BTW In view of the seriousness of the matter, it would take the utmost proof for the officers who didn't sign for the writ to ask the court to believe they were unaware of its existence. Clearly, there is no real opportunity for a single fall guy here.

If you want to call someone a liar, then go up to them and say so.

Don't hide behind a user name on a forum to do so.

And if you don't like that. then best you lump it.
