Taxi Driver Online

we are small town that are starting up with cab app and have come across a few niggles the first search for a hail of a taxi is 1000 meters we find it searches for one minute before moving on to 3000 meters we find in the smaller towns this will cause a problem we also find the writing for the job is very small what do others find who may have this up and running in smaller towns

If I get you correctly, cabapp hails for the nearest taxis within 5/8ths a mile in old money, then widens the search after a minute.
My old radio circuit did the same, first call any empty. cabs within 1/2 mile, 2nd call a mile.etc. small town system too.
Probably took about a minute from tel call to controller to cab then back.
How much of a problem have you experienced? How many jobs are you losing?
What would be a better setting?
If you passed it on to cabapp they are pretty good at coming up with answers if you check their Facebook and twitter pages.
