I am feeling rejuvenated after a lovely break in the Far East, fabulous.

I must admit to you all, I am a traitor, I have been perusing The Taxi Forum, what a rabble.

I did however find a very amusing statement from a member by the handle IRS.

He has stated that as from the 15th of April all etiquette towards city cabs will cease.

When did the etiquette begin? I would also like to say that all this outpouring of unfounded garbage from Central is merely down to sour grapes.

I look forward to seeing the scowls as they pay there pound to drop off and drive past CC on there way back to position 16 at the Balmoral. Of course that could now be position 28 as I'm sure City will be ranking there also, now that etiquette is out the window.

As IRS says "bring it on"

Not so much as "bring it on" as bring on the Gilmore Paint Company, go get those ranks covered boys.

You've missed much mirth Hannibal with more to follow though. Wee Tony (I had a dream) Kenmuir and his esteemed colleagues have now less than 12 hours to respond to the dual summons that was served last month.

Bring it on.

I'm glad to have your acquaintance once again Mr Boab. Although I have enjoyed a well earned vacation I have to some degree kept abreast of the situation.

I am delighted you continue with your work Mr Boab. You certainly endeavour to leave no stone unturned.

I look forward to your next post.

The 11th hour approaches.

Mr Ali T. I sense you have a wonderful economy with words, I look forward to your next sylabil with great eagerness.

I presume seeing that you find the discussion regarding the Edinburgh Taxi Trade boring you must hold a much esteemed position stacking shelves in one of our many supermarkets. Maybe you could brighten up the forum by giving us a little insight in to the many varieties of apples n pears?

I look forward to hearing what you suggest!

Welcome back Hannibal. Hope you stayed away from those pesky ladyboys!
It seems they won't let up on that other site. There is talk of the so called etiquette being banished. IRS then says 'bring it on'......bring on what exactly!? One thing though I'm glad they've finally realised that we're rival companies.
And IRS for one that states you're not bothered about the airport me thinks you doth protest too much!
What is this talk of committee men and £1?????

An exuberant return to the floor Mr Artur. Welcome back, I have missed our knowledgeable duals, kind of like a well thought out play.

I think you are correct. IRS seems to be most upset regarding the upcoming arrangements. As for the £1 story, I would imagine a frivolous tale worth mich the same.

Intriguing would you say Mr Artur?

Glad to be back Mr Lecter! Had to pay a visit to the motherland for new clogs, don't make them liked they used to.
I don't have the patience to go through the blame game. I think those with free thinking know what happened.
I am interested to see how this all plays out from the 15th onward next month. My Arabic is coming along nicely.
The £1 story is intriguing......it's dangerous giving certain individuals too much power.

Quite a conundrum to be solved I fear!

Your assumption on blame can only point in one direction one feels.

Remember Mr Artur, now follows never a truer word!

Sorry to be a pain but can you or Fanniball explain the mystery over the £1 reference?

Oh Mr Boab, for once you have a lack of knowledge. I don't believe that.

That is no way to refer to Mr Artur, Fanniball, an outrageous outburst.

You reap what you sow indeed Mr Lecter. It just baffles me that Central, who decided to tender alone are the ones moaning now that they've missed out on the Airport. And all from those who say the airport is rubbish and they're glad they didn't win it.
The oracle aka fat boab is unaware of the £1 rumour??!

I enjoyed that Mr Artur, a little chortle was had, oracle indeed. I wouldn't fret to much about Central, I'm sure they must have made provisions to pay for the contracts they have without the added funds from the Airport contract. If not then an extremely bad decision has been made. There is an advert currently playing over the airwaves, you may have heard it? "Don't fret about debt don't fret about debt don't fret about debt.net" that could become very important in the coming years. :?

I'm sure the Oracle has the information regarding the £1 rumour but is merely playing a game. I do not intend to be his PR machine Mr Artur, as Mr Holmes would say " it's all elementary my dear Watson"

What a ghastly day Mr Artur, the snow is thick

Etiguette being binned?

This sure is one lover's tiff. Having wrecked the trade between them, and treated drivers like serf slaves, are we supposed to care?

Can't wait for the stream of schoolchildren skulking off to city parks for their macho square go.

Cos, sure as hell, these tumshies are too thick to heed the lesson before them in the courts.

Clearly City Cabs can't ever be trusted. They have previous.

And Central, well it is clear that some, if not all, office bearers should be charged with a criminal offence if they lied to their shareholder members at the AGM that they had no knowledge of a writ which is widely held they did have.

Question is, do you have to be a shareholder member of the company to make formal complaint to the cops, or would any public spirited citizen be able to make complaint. In the interests of commercial integrity of course =D>

An interesting view point Mr Jasbar. I am of the opinion that any citizen can make a complaint. I may take a little jaunt there myself, in the interests of commercial integrity of course!

Your views on who should be trusted are way off the mark. I think you have proved that with your statement regarding the writs. One things for sure Mr Jasbar:- "oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive"

I would have thought by now that Central would have provided the documentation to substantiate their claims it was all down to City Cabs, no proof provided. City Cabs on the other hand invited any Central owner/driver to view their documents and the phone call between Mr Kenmuir and Mr McVey. I do believe one member stood to voice his concerns at the AGM but wasn't heard.

Interesting Mr Jasbar
