What's happening with ECPH's writ against Central?

There seems no doubt it was served. And, according to fat Boab, served on the committee before the AGM.

And, again it is reported that the committee denied receiving it at the AGM, and were therefore re-elected on the principle of its non arrival.

So, we're now presumably in the court process.

CRT defend against it, then they must be prepared to lead evidence and cite witness to prove their premise.

ECPH would have to defend this, and allow witnesses to testify under oath. They would have to answer the questions asked. That would be interesting.

And if the case was suddenly and mysterious pulled, under the guise of a deal being done behind closed doors, then wouldn't the public at large, and presumably the business community too, be entitled to assume that the smoke did mean fire and the allegations were true?

Anyone not larfing their cork off at how to opponents are entertaining us?

Not as entertaining as a conversation with the owner of the cab you are renting for the time being!

A fascinating conversation indeed, I would like to hear that Mr Boab. I believe the exodus has begun. What do you in your valued opinion think is a fair rental now for Central Drivers, surely the £45 rental for them is now not sustainable?

Your thoughts Mr Boab?

The setting of a rental rate is depending on many factors and as such is best not commented on.

As for the exodus, yes it would appear that many of the decent guys in Central are losing good drivers to City and a few Central owners have recently joined also. As reported Central have begun a programme of buying back memberships at £5k and are stockpiling them. With the new entrants getting in at City for £7k (£25 per week interest free) again a no brainer this just showsthe bbusiness acumen of MVF and Co.

I totally agree regarding the rental rate. I was inferring that £45 may not be enough for the owners as the Discount Subsidies continue to rise to cover the discounted contracts.

We wait and wonder!

Do the sums it won't square. Central have totally mismanaged their present situation and their only hope of finding a solution would be to get revenue through potentially buying what's left of ComCab. They have tried on a couple of occasions and that was when they were in a position of strength and ComCab had some value. Now Central are totally goosed with any acquisition being flatly rejected by the flock of painters. An option open to MVF and Co would be to engineer an exit from 1 or 2 of their highly discounted accounts in the hope they could renegotiate at a later day. Not much hope of that in reality so all in all they are goosed, unless wee Tony has it all in hand!

Now that's a thought, a bell end holding a bell end!

Oh I must say Mr Boab I had a good chortle at that, very amusing indeed.

Mr Boab, can you give any explanation as to why there are no members or drivers of CRT defending their company? Also, why after two months of knowing the outcome of the tender have CRT failed to produce any concrete proof that City Cabs are at fault? I'd does make one wonder what on earth is going on over at Rockerfeller Central?

I noticed on another post, the haymarket rank one, there was a quote from Mr Kenmuir saying he was pleased that common sense had prevailed. I would have thought it may be a better option to apply this wisdom himself!

The 15th is fast approaching, a new era will begin!

Why? Because it would embarrass you?

When was the last time a rental rate came down, because the work isn't there?

fact is, drivers should have the freedom to operate their own licence when rentals are unfairly high, bearing no relation to market conditions.

That's free enterprise. And we're supposed to be in a free enterprise economy aren't we

It's what Skull said about the airport denying customers access to a service, and then selling them to a service provider as a commodity, for a hefty price.

Rentals are no different.

Central radio taxis is being weeded out. And it will only happen because Central owners are stupid.

They were given a clear warning when they tried to stiff the Skull and I. Two cabbies screwed you, and you allowed the scumbags on the committee who fabricated your embarrassment to go on and peddle their incompetence to lose the airport, all while racking up drivers subsidising major corporations through heavy and unaffordable discounting. These scumbags would have drivers working for nix, in pursuit of their own mania.

Central owners are stupid.

Like Dodos really. Hellbent on their own extinction.

The proxy system delivers stupidity.

And that's why we're all larfing our corks off.

I'm gonna larf even more at Central drivers clogging up ranks, because they haven't thought for themselves for so long they won't know what to do now they're not being spoonfed. But those who realise this are seeking a berth with City Cabs.

The result of the numpties on the committee playing juvenile power games over the airport is the demise of central. And central's imbecile owners have allowed this to happen.

What a result.

As Sun Tzu said, and I paraphrase, if you sit on a riverbank long enough, the bodies of your enemies will come floating by.
=D>

BTW Fat Boab, your ramblings are now tedious. Time for you to grow up and put up. You're sounding like little more than wind and pish.

You truly are a t*t Fat Boab.

Now let's see. Most of my time is taking up writing. And are*holes like you are in the latest tome.

I pay full whack, work 4 days, 5 tops, am finished by 2 am and pay my full, and I mean full, rental on time.

I don't care either way.

Now, tell us all. When are you going to grow up and put up?

:D

For a man who claims he's so content you're prone to the frequent outburst of bitterness Jasbar.
And don't worry if you keep telling everyone you're so great maybe one day you'll believe it......

Do you honestly think I care whether an owner thinks he's doing me a favour giving me a rental. My owner just knows he's getting a good deal. And if he wants me out, I would larf my cork off once again.

BTW I know why his previous streetcar driver left under a cloud.

I don't care either way.

You see. I'm a writer who's driving taxis for pin money. And you're in the next book feckwit that you are.

Now, tell us all. When are you going to grow up and put up?
To answer your last question, i'm no gonna xxx

Yes, but everyone knows who Jim Taylor is.

You, the coward hiding behind a pseudonym however, well you're just a cowardly weasel ...
