1, They block the streets and pavements creating a hazard for pedestrians and emergency vehicles

2, One of their 'riders' raped a passenger

3, They rip people of by charging them £20 from Oxford Street to the bottom of Regent Street, some three quarters of a mile.

4, they ride two abreast blocking the roads

5, If someone was to hit one the passengers have no protection and would (and have been) risk being seriously injured.

6. They ride up one way streets thinking its funny .

7, This is 2005 in London, not 1955 in Taiwan.

8, Their riders have not got a fu***** clue where they are going (that much they share with the minicabs I suppose)
