The police efit of the suspectThe police efit of the suspect Police have released an e-fit of a man they are keen to speak to in relation to a case of indecent exposure in a taxi near Compton Bassett.
A man, who is believed to have been drinking in Chippenham during the evening of Saturday March 16 was on his way home in a taxi at around 1.20am when he is alleged to have exposed himself and make inappropriate remarks to a woman also in the taxi.
The incident happened close to the Blacklands Junction of the A4 (Quemerford Road) where the man then left the taxi and began staggering in the direction of Compton Bassett.
He is described as white, aged in his late 40s to 50s, approximately 5ft 8ins tall and of skinny build. He had receding ginger hair and was wearing light jeans, a t-shirt and a dark jumper.
Anyone who recognises the man pictured or who has any information in relation to the incident is asked to contact PC Simon Lloyd on 101. Alternatively people can contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be left anonymously if they wish.
