Scroat has a pop at car causing damage, driver gets out with weapon and fight happens.
Scroat get caution, driver gets summons.
Lesson for us all.

Taxi driver charged with weapon offence after incident by Chelmsford station A taxi driver has been charged with possessing an offensive weapon and assault following an incident by Chelmsford station. Mehdi Masoudi, 30, of Taylor Avenue, Melbourne, was arrested by police on June 12 after being involved in a fight with a 23-year-old male outside the Wells Crescent apartment building in Viaduct Road at about 6.30pm. Masoudi is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on July 3.
