ooft having watched the video a few times i'm still not sure what on earth was going on there, the victim seemed to be going towards him, but these things are never as clear cut as they seem. end of the day why the heck was the driver tooled up and why pursue him with a blade. to me that signals intent and for that he deserves the book flung at him regardless |
