If you get three penalty points are you meant to inform the cab office at the time? Thats Edinburgh.

I would hazard a guess at Yes....more so if those 3 points were being added to Points already on your licence.

Yes, as I suspect there is a condition on your license saying so.

If you don't then you could breach that condition.
