On 18th November 1993 we had the M40 minibus crash which killed all the pupils and the teacher in a school minibus. Since then we've learnt nothing as we still have unlicenced and untrained people driving our children around.

This press release from BUSK says it all.

This is the most compelling argument against s19 permit minibuses.
