My understanding is that a waiting list for new plates will not be opened until numbers have dropped to the specified level, and that a further survey will be conducted to ascertain any unmet demand. It is likely that no new plates will be issued for approx five years. Given this scenario what do you think a company with 2 corporate plates would be worth in 3-5 years time.
