A MAN who admitted racially abusing a taxi driver and damaging his vehicle has been fined.

James Cordon, aged 29, pleaded guilty at Plymouth Crown Court to charges of using racially-aggravated threatening words or behaviour and criminal damage.

Cordon, of Station Road, Tamerton Foliot, was fined £280 for the first offence, £200 for the damage and ordered to pay £240 compensation to the driver and £85 in prosecution costs.
