George Street WTF? I'm now seriously thinking that this jobs not worth the hassle, every route seems to be murder to negotiate or involve a 7/8 minute encounter with traffic lights due to the trams. 15 years full time and I'm clueless as to how I'm supposed to get from Lothian Road to the Dean Bridge legally, or without a crazy U turn. |

Signage indicates George Street is closed Westbound and Eastbound so I turn back down onto queen street back up onto Charlotte Square and hey ho it's still open westbound between Castle Street and Charlotte Square. Then onto the lights at South Charlotte Street and stuck there for what seemed like about 5 minutes whilst two trams pass in either direction
