Post subject:  Vintage vehicles set to disappear from Lincoln
Looks like a de facto age limit on taxi's and PH will be introduced by the euro III emissions requirement on all hire vehicles. Got to feel sorry for the owner who recently put on a seventeen year old TX1. (Not)
