Personally I find it difficult to believe that LAs let this go on. I mean, these days with people being accused of sexual harrassment just for looking at a woman who doesn't like it, and drivers being falsely accused of rape, to allow drivers to hand out condoms to passengers seems a license to cause trouble. I take it there's money involved somewhere? |

dont know if any money is involved but why not use night clubs and pubs for this type o thing as u can be sure some one will get accused of something at some point down the line just a total wast of time u will end up with the drunk twits blowing them up on there heads and etc but if it does happen i would always double cheque when they want to give u a TIP!!!!
