The upshot/downside is that they put out so much crap in turn stopping anyone disagreeing with their slant on stories/news items.
So if you come to Cardiff feel safe, as we no longer have stabbings,....we just have puncture wounds! I suppose it does sound a bit better....a bit like Iraq and Afghanistan whereby we do not have deaths......just casualties
In fairness our crime figures should show stabbings are down, with just a few punctures instead
