Fuel bottomed around the £1.10 p (Asda) with others around the 1.11/1.13 mark. The past week or two I have noticed that it is starting to climb again, not massively but certainly up. Does anyone else have the same?

The Beeb/News have not reported anything out of the ordinary that have started prices back up i.e the usual wars/kidnapping/drones/Russians flying around are pretty much normal, as I say nothing unusual.Thoughts........!

They started to mention that the price was going to increase on the news at least 2 weeks ago.

Maybe so, but another article will say that prices are going to stay down for quite a while backed up by job losses in the oil sector. I guess that I am looking for some logic/reason (how stupid of me).

Did you really think it was going to stay low? I think I said two weeks ago that it would be on it's way back up.

Why not! if the topic is kept fresh then the pressure will be back on the outlets who are once again are not passing the savings to the customer.

Brent crude is up $10 a barrel since mid Jan so it follows that fuel prices would rise as well. £115.9 for shell around here, compared to 111.9 two weeks ago.
