Usual quality of person to be found working in the London Minicab trade. [-X

The Taxi driver was trying to put on at the Stringfellows rank in St Martins lane, and Mr Low Life had decided being a minicab he was entitled to park on a taxi rank.

As Licensed by TFL . . .
