Anwarul Islam, aged 44 of Tewkesbury Road, Perry Barr admitted that he drove, stood or plied a car for hire when the carriage was not licensed as a public hackney carriage. He also drive without insurance. He has been fined £150, pay a victim surcharge of £20 and pay costs of £638. He has also been disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.
