hi im new on here alough, i have had my own private hire company in north ayrshire division for 3 yearsi have a couple of questions i need help with please
if you are a taxi driver licence holder and geting done for breach of the peace will you lose your taxi badge?
also what are the rules reagarding parking a private hire car up in a busy through fare and sitting in your car as if you are touting for business for hours on end?

Depends on the nature of the offence, and your previous history.

If you are touting then you are touting.

However if someone approaches you and you refuse, then you are in the clear.

its not me,its a rival who decided to have a drunken rant one night at me in my private hire car while i had two passengers in the back and he didnt notice,they are witnesses
