9.3% more licensed vehicles over the last 2 years so how come councils are telling everybody numbers are falling ?

Interesting that in our manor, there are a more licensed vehicles than licensed drivers.

Either there's a lot of money being shelled out to keep idle vehicles licensed or there are licensed vehicles being worked by unlicensed drivers.

I have raised the issue with the local association. I'm holding my breath!!!! :oops:
