[/i] Exactly, why should taxis be any different from other forms of Public Transport, ie. buses, planes & trains ? Now that would be a valid point, IMHO, if it came from anyone outside the gov. Surely they are the people who are banging on about councils being best to decide such things. So why is she preaching?
