Hailo surrendered their PH license today.

Its gone back to licensed London taxis only.

As a fellow tweeter put it today, if your partner ran off and had an affair, then came back to you claiming its all over and to trust them again .... would you?

I won't be asking to go back on there anytime soon.

The question is though is it viable to work in London without being connected to an App if most drivers are with one ? Earning your living should be top priority

I'm on gett. It provides me with sufficient pings, any more apps going off would seriously do my head in.

Hailos busy from what I hear, but I'll stick with what I know.

Oh yes. I'd manage fine with no apps whatsoever.

Last Saturday went mad, I had to reject over 80 offers from gett because it wasn't worth running for them when there's work in front off you. This isn't the case most days, and it's a nice string to the bow

Good to hear that the trade is booming somewhere in the UK
