MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

BRETT MICHAEL DESMOND, 55, of Chelmsford Road, Margaret Roding, was fined £200 for allowing a London hackney carriage to wait at Dunmow High Street on November 24 during a period for which that stand was appointed by the council under s.63 Local Government Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1976. He must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £1,414.10 costs.
