I think they're both to blame, the cyclists shouldn't have undertook the cab as he was indicating to turn and the cab driver should have checked his mirror before turning, especially in London as there are so many cyclists. I think it was a fair outcome, no harm done and a handshake.

Not a biased view but I would blame the cyclist on two points 1. undertaking 2. He never slowed/checked his speed coming out of (I think a bus/taxi/cyclist Lane). It is not a given just because you come of of those lanes that it is alright to just carry on - you/I are joining normal traffic/road conditions.

I agree! taxi was indicating to go left.. taxi was already there ready to turn when cyclists undertook him. Could be argued the cabbie didn't see him in the mirror! sometimes you don't that close

Ohhhhh cAught on film now i get it cab was definitely indicating and cyclist was going too fast for the road conditions in my opinion

So mirror, signal, manoeuvre no longer exists ? If you look again the cab leaves it late to indicate, but as I've already stated, the cyclists shouldn't have undertook and has to accept a large part of the blame.

I would say that if the cyclist had been going more cautiously the cabbie would have seen him remember there were other vehicles behind so the cyclist was visible in only one mirror.

The faster you go the less visible you are as you cut down the time the other vehicle has to see you

I would be checking my cab for damage after making sure cyclist was ok.
Cycle myself sometimes and would never undercut at a junction whether vehicle is indicating or not.
Cyclists or motorbikes should not overtake on the inside full stop unless vehicle turning right, or there are two lanes and the traffic on the outside lane are stopped or slower moving.
Cyclist at fault imo although driver could've been more observant.
