A single legislative framework for taxi and ph throughout England and Wales. Don't suppose i will see it in my lunchtime, but am starting to warm to the idea. With the many varied interpretations of a simple piece of legislation such as the 2015 deregulation Act, I mean who does not get it when I say NO BLANKET POLICY? |

Main problem Drivers are completely incapable of agreeing what regulations should be imposed upon them at their WORKPLACE so incapable they cannot even organise themselves into a viable National Organisation/Union so they will forever be treated as imbecilic morons by those creating the legislation
