Taxi driver uses mobile phone to film cyclist WHILE DRIVINGVideos of bad road etiquette or, quite frankly, dangerous driving have become something of the norm in recent years.
Usually, they are captured from the head cam of a cyclist or motorcyclist – think Ronnie Pickering – but it appears in this instance both the cyclist and driver had the same idea.

Lewis Dediare, 49, also known as Traffic Droid.
He had pulled up alongside a taxi driver in New Oxford Street in London who he recorded was using his mobile phone.
However, as he moved off he noticed the taxi was keeping pace with him.
‘I realised he was keeping pace with me and I saw his left hand poking out, he only had his right hand on the steering wheel,’ he said.
In the footage Lewis catches up with the driver at a red light and asks: ‘Is that a mobile phone?’ but the driver continues filming instead calling the cyclist’s bike a hazard.
A cyclist has described his shock after a taxi driver started FILMING him using his mobile phone whilst he was driving with a passenger on board. The shocking footage shows the London cabbie boldly filming the cyclist for more than ten seconds after being spotted using his mobile behind the wheel. Road safety campaigner Lewis Dediare, who gathered the footage on New Oxford Street at rush hour, described his disbelief at the brazen behaviour of the driver.
The incident has since been reported to the police.
‘I was so shocked when I realised he was filming me, especially because he had a passenger on board. His eyes weren’t on the road, it was so dangerous.”
