Maybe she needs to earn that money to live, as ladies cant retire at 60 anymore. Or she is earning money for other members of her family. What im certain of is its not greed. You really are a sad individual. |

I know drivers in their 70s still driving a taxi. As long as they pass their medicals, what's the problem? Some people might still need the money (I know one who does), some might like a bit of 'pocket money', some might just like the job and socialising with other drivers and/or customers. You can't force them to "retire" if they're doing nothing wrong. |

I used to have a driver working for me up to 74 years old. he simply couldn't afford to live otherwise he had been married and divorced 3 times with hardly anything to his name living in bedsits. He needed the taxi earnings to afford to run a car and smoke. There did come a point at which I thought he was no longer coping and persuaded him to retire by which time the council had finally given him a pensioners sheltered accommodation flat so he could just about afford to live on his state pension |

With that in mind - how do you see your retirement going? Trust me when I say - you will not being living the life on a State pension. |
