Well apparently on Saturday night Mr excuses actually came to Stamford and took enforcement action against spaceshuttle's drivers ranking up outside Mama liz's in North street (double yellow lines). He even gave out penalty points to some drivers

After ignoring complaints from the trade for 2 years apparently they finally got a complaint from a member of the public

So how many years will it take to deal with the Huntingdon plated cars taking rank jobs from the square I wonder
