The GMB dundee taxi section would like inform TDO that a court date as been set for the 13/3/17 at
dundee court. Where it will be taking on the dundee city council regarding its unfair taxi policy
in the cost and running a mixed fleet in dundee.

we await the result with interest personally I think asking a court to impose a more onerous regime on the owners and drivers is on a sticky wicket but we'll see
