If only it was just for economic reasons that quantity restrictions were implemented, that would be fine, but generally it's not just economic.

It seems to me, after reading his report, that Dr Kristian Niemietz has forgotten all about poverty and health & welfare or he is clearly using his knowledge to help large companies to enslave drivers so they can make a fortune from them
