A taxi driver was racially abused in St Albans. At around 10pm on Saturday , a man approached a stationary taxi in St Peters Street and reportedly racially abused the driver before making off. Hate Crime Officer PC Donna Horwood said: “The incident caused the taxi driver to feel alarmed and distressed.
