An 18-year-old man has been arrested by the cops after the alleged assault left the driver seriously injured on Paisley Road West.
The attack took place outside the Pacific Cars Taxi office on Paisley Road West
The alleged attack took place at 7.20am this morning on Paisley Road West outside the Pacific Cars Taxi office.
The 18-year-old reportedly attacked the 49-year-old driver, who is now being treated at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
He is said to be in a “stable” condition.
A 51-year-old was also injured in the incident, but only suffered minor wounds and didn’t need treatment.
