Following the investigation on the 19th August 2015, seven individuals along with PCS Events Limited appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court to be charged in connection with an alleged car clocking and vehicle fraud conspiracy. All the defendants were represented by their own legal teams and charged with two counts of fraud, including conspiring together to allegedly defraud leasing companies and members of the public by means of reducing the mileage on vehicle odometers. The defendants included the owner of PCS Chauffeurs, Mr John Murphy, 66 of Deganwy Road, Conway, Murphy’s stepson Mr Paul Arslanian, 37, also of Conway and finally Murphy’s daughter Ms Laura Jane Murphy, 27 of Long Lane, Chester.
