Wrexham cabbie stopped with passengers on board is charged with drink driving The 54-year-old motorist was arrested near Hope after police saw the vehicle swerving on the A550 A taxi driver has been charged with drink driving after being pulled over near Hope in Wrexham. Officers in North Wales Police's roads policing unit spotted a taxi swerving on the A550 shortly after 4pm on Wednesday. The taxi was pulled over and the driver was breathalysed and failed. The passengers in the car had to make "alternative arrangements", North Wales Police said in a statement. The 54-year-old driver, who is local to the Wrexham area, has since been charged with drink driving and will appear before Mold magistrates on May 22. http://www.dailypost.co.uk/news/north-w ... d-12985987 |

You have got to have a real drink problem to work whilst unfit through drink. And now sadly he will have plenty more time to drink. |

Agree whole heartily with Sussex. |
