Two people were injured during a crash in Bolton.
Police said the smash involved a private hire taxi and another car.
Emergency services raced to the scene on Plodder Lane, Farnworth, at around 9.15pm.
Images on social media showed the badly-damaged taxi outside a Premier convenience store at the road’s junction with Laburnum Road and Harper Green Road, a busy crossroads.
The other car - which police described as a Vauxhall Astra - ended up smashing through the front garden wall of a house nearby.
Police said the driver ‘made off’ from the scene. which one rubbish reporting again
Investigations were continuing at the scene tonight.
