Customer Harry Miskin claims the driver was putting his life at risk as he drove at speed along a bypass. The furious 22-year-old filmed the driver calling for his food while leaving just one hand on the wheel. He then starts ordering a takeaway and can be heard saying “can I have a chicken donner and naan” before telling them he is coming to pick it up. Harry, from Bingley, West Yorkshire, finished his recording and asked to leave the taxi because he felt unsafe with the driver. doesn't look like driver is doing 70 mph in video a very short call BUT stupid !!! |

"The number of points for those caught texting or calling while in charge of a vehicle has now doubled to six and the fine to £200." Not completely true...that's only if your using a handheld phone to receive or make call with, Still perfectly legal to use a hands free system, typical press coverage. |
