I'm not sure our Scottish Parliament Tyrants even have scheme to start off a Scottish Government Petition request debate...they don't trust us plebs to do anything for ourselves up here.
Of course, the Uber-style cross border situation isn't possible under the Scottish legislation.
But you're right about the parliament - Kenny MacAskill here alluding that Uber operating unlicensed.
