Not sure we Scots should be signing this one as Scottish Taxi regulation is devolved to Scotland and we should be aiming our concerns at the house of Uselessness that is Holyrood.

I'm not sure our Scottish Parliament Tyrants even have scheme to start off a Scottish Government Petition request debate...they don't trust us plebs to do anything for ourselves up here.

Of course, the Uber-style cross border situation isn't possible under the Scottish legislation.

But you're right about the parliament - Kenny MacAskill here alluding that Uber operating unlicensed. :roll:
