Never attended the court case myself, but Delta's lawyers, when they say they are happy with certain aspects of the law, meaning they agree with the general interpretation. The people I have spoken to who were there seemed to think that the judge was saying that he was happy with the concept of keeping control but this time the way they tried to implement it, was illegal and they came away thinking that he sees a way of legally achieving what they want. Maybe with the five councils working together and employing a decent legal team, there still might be changes in the future. We will see.
