Three people were arrested in a drug operation with armed police seen by an eye witness dragging somebody out of a taxi near the Rivergate shopping centre ( well 10 empty shops a cafe and a pound shop !)

sorry this is a sight I can't access so best I can do Peterborough evening telegraph
