Uber will appeal against their need to consider their taxi drivers as workers today. If they lose they will need to pay drivers for holidays and sickness. We hear a lot about level playing fields in retail and how online has massive cost advantages versus high street shops, but shouldn't more be done to help traditional service providers such as taxi firms from online disrupters such as Uber too?

Traditional service providers who use an app must fall within your description of an online disrupt-er.
