If anything this reinforces pseudo self employment what is really needed is a tougher definition of it which excludes many of these pseudo self employment schemes |

Our drivers have always had the option of being employees. At one time we hade at least 5 of them who were employees. We now have one. All of our other drivers prefer to be self employed. |
