Obviously the dress thing is the one that stands out, and some predictable comments on Twitter about the 'fashion police' etc.

Schedule D of the Licensing Conditions state what's appropriate to wear, failure to do so is an offence under s7(2) of Civic Government (Scotland) but rather than prosecute the drivers, they've allowed them to go home and change. Pretty fair policing if you ask me
