Boro Cars taxi driver fined after illegally parking outside school

A driver for Boro Cars has been fined after parking illegally outside a Middlesbrough primary school.

The taxi was given the penalty outside Abingdon Road School as part of a parking blitz by Cleveland Police.

A photo of the offending vehicle was posted to Facebook by Middlesbrough Neighbourhood Policing Team.

PCSO Davies said: "This vehicle was parked on the zig-zag markings at the rear of Abingdon Road School.

"Fixed penalty notice issued. Keeping your children safe!"

Boro Cars declined to comment when contacted by Teesside Live.

It's a fair cop guv!

And I wonder how many other cars were also caught but NOT embarrassed online
