It is an education issue they need to be made to understand that it speed up loading thus reducing time on the job !!

"He said 'no, it is a liability to take a disabled person' and said he was not going to touch the wheelchair. "He didn't want to come near me and stood by his car." The issue is training drivers to actually do the job, rather than merely training them to pass the licensing requirements. Maybe the onus should be put on operator's to train the drivers on their circuits.
